Use this service to get your barrel blank turned into a prefit!

How it works:

1.Select the options below using the drop down menu to select your action, chamber, finish length, and muzzle treatment.

2. Add the product to your cart with the compatible barrel.

3.The barrel will be drop shipped to Straightjacket Armory, cut to your specs and then shipped to your door.

Finished Length:

This is for Stainless Steel barrels only, if you have a Carbon Fiber barrel, please select "My barrel is carbon fiber barrel"

Muzzle Treatment:

The 5/8-24 threadpitch is the most common, while 3/4-24 is better for larger calibers such as 338 Lapua.

Delivery Time:

Standard delivery in 4-6 weeks (subject to change). To rush an order will cost an additional $150 and will get the barrel out in 5-7 days from time the time they receive it.

    Cole and Nick cut great barrels. They've cut 3 for me and they all shoot 1/2 MOA or better with good factory match ammo and my hand loads. Turn around is quick, 1-2 weeks from what I've experienced. Plus, the service from Evolved to send the barrel straight to SJA is so nice. This is how I'll do all my carbon fiber hunting barrels from now on.
